The total area of the internal foundation pit of the site is about 55800 square meters, with a common excavation depth of 10.6m-14.7m. The DMP method mixing pile of this project is mainly used for reinforcing the surrounding area of the internal foundation pit and temporary partition walls. At the same time, the water stop curtain on the outer side of the height difference pile and the reinforcement of the passive area inside the pit are also reinforced using the DMP mixing pile method, with a pile length of 18-22m and a cement content of 15-18%.
Project difficulty:
1. Environmental factors: The requirements for environmental protection are very high.
The project is located on the west side of Nanpu Bridge, adjacent to Zhongshan South Road on the north side of the foundation pit. It is about 23.5m away from the lower gate of Nanpu Bridge (1-2 times the excavation depth) and about 39m away from the tunnel section of Metro Line 4 (2-3 times the excavation depth). The south side of the site is Waima Road, about 20m away from Huangpu River. There are multiple natural foundation buildings distributed on both sides of the foundation pit, and the environmental protection requirements are very high. The DMP mixing pile equipment, with its excellent intelligent digital construction technology, minimal disturbance to the surrounding environment, high pile quality, and low-carbon and environmentally friendly construction, ensures compliance with environmental protection requirements.
3. Stratigraphic factors: Deep river beach soil.
The construction site of the project is close to the Huangpu River, with a surface depth of about 3 meters and a distribution of approximately 11 meters of riverbank soil, which places high demands on the quality of water stop piles. The DMP method mixing pile equipment, with its multi-layer mixing blades and strong equipment power, can effectively ensure the uniformity of pile formation. At the same time, the digital construction control system precisely controls the entire pile forming process, ensuring strict compliance with design standards and ensuring excellent quality of the pile body in deep loess layers.
